This is the best burrito place in Taos. My husband loves the chorizo burrito. I'm kinda plan and just like the bean. But the food is delicious and the service is always really great! You can't go wrong.

This is a great food truck!
I totally enjoyed the Fajita Wrap that was a special here today. The back door was open, and since I am a germ freak, I looked inside to the cook line. It was totally clean and spotlessly shiny, the covered outdoor picnic tables were a plus, as was the Raven atop the light pole who seemed to be "quoting" "come again".

Super clean establishment -- peek in the back and you'll see the cooks meticulously wiping down the stove and counter between every meal. The burrito is big enough to split and it's a real bargain at only $4! The guacamole and eggs are super fresh. Only reason I am not rating 5 stars is for the 10-15 min wait, which seems like a lot for a truck. But, it's absolutely worth it!

I love eating at maryjanes. Its one of my favorite place to eat here in Taos. Great menu. Lots to choose from.Recommend the bean and beef red TOASTED. The best burrito in Town.

This was a random stop while visiting Taos Pueblo. We were actually looking for somewhere else to eat, but were unable to locate our destination. Glimpsing this spot tucked into a parking lot, we made the quick turn in and parked the van.

I ordered the pork burrito, so that's all I can comment on. Despite looking like a quick, in and out sort of food cart, do not come here expecting a fast turn around. The burrito easily took 15 minutes to receive. I've grown up with Mexican food, and can see no reason why a burrito should ever take that long to prepare. That being said, we weren't in too much of a hurry, so the wait was just a slight inconvenience. When the burrito arrived, I was surprised by its heft. The thing weighed a ton, and had a nice ratio of meat to rice and beans. It wasn't anything fancy, but the pork was seasoned well, the tortilla seemed fresh and the side of hot sauce added a nice zing.

It wasn't an earth-shattering meal, but it was tasty and filling. I would certainly stop by again were I in the area.
